Regarding Recycling Regulations
Dear Members,
On May 22, 2017, we held a Human Resources Directors
meeting for all of our Member Hotels. In addition to important
employment law-related topics covered by Kane Kessler, P.C., we had
Bridget Anderson, Deputy Commissioner of the NYC Department of
Sanitation, address the group with a detailed presentation on the
City’s Recycling Regulations.
The Recycling Regulations went into effect on August
1, 2016 with an enforcement date of August 1, 2017. Ms. Anderson
has provided her presentation to us and it is available to any
member Hotel that is interested. If you would like a copy of the
